Regular Practice of Meditation can increase the activity of the Brain associated with Emotional Intelligence. Simply Close the eyes & Focus on your breath with a word/color such as LOVE,PEACE, COMPASSION towards yourself & others etc., or on a form perhaps of Krishna, Buddha or Jesus Christ, whomever you choose.Meditation isn’t a religious practice, it’s a Health Practice for Inner/Outer Well Being.

Especially in present Society where Childrens Mental Health Issues with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Behavior problems & mental disorders are at an all time high. A frightening statistic is that Children between the ages of 5-20 yrs Anxiety & Depression has increased from 4% in 2002 to 64% in 2019. We want to help & are helping by teaching them the gentle practice of Heart & Mind Connection, Breath work & Sound Vibration.
It is said that Meditation helps the Brain with cordial thickening & with the growth of new neurons in response to repeated practice.
A resent Study from UCLA found that long-term meditators had better-preserved brains than non-meditators as they aged. Participants who’d been meditating for an average of 20 years had more grey matter volume throughout the brain — although older meditators still had some volume loss compared to younger meditators, it wasn’t as pronounced as the non-meditators. “We expected rather small and distinct effects located in some of the regions that had previously been associated with meditating,” said study author Florian Kurth. “Instead, what we actually observed was a widespread effect of meditation that encompassed regions throughout the entire brain.”*How FAB is that!
